Certificate No. 3037379: Sanitation Listed NSF compliant.  Conforms to ANSI/NSF STD 4

Commercial Cooking Rethermalization and Powered Hot Food Transport Equipment

It is important to note that the Ye Olde Kettle Cooker is manufactured with the highest quality UL rated component parts, and that the entire cooker is ETL Sanitation Listed NSF compliant...not just the cooking bowl or a component part.  Each Ye Olde Kettle Cooker ® bears the ETL Sanitation Listing Mark.

There are several reasons people buy our products and trust our brand. We continue to build that trust by making decisions during the product cycle that we know will benefit our customers. One of those decisions is choosing the right product testing company and safety certification mark to show compliance to mandatory product safety and sanitation standards.

We choose the ETL SEMKO division of Intertek and their ETL Listed Mark as proof of compliance with these standards. The mark's recognition, the company's service, and the passed-down benefits to our customers are all factors to this important decision.

The importance of product safety certification marks:

Some may not know that there is a host of product safety & sanitation standards for each market a manufacturer wishes to sell its product. In the U.S. and Canada, as well as world wide, these standards are intended to ensure the product successfully passes independent, third-party testing. Only after receiving a passing report and committing to random follow up inspections (to ensure the product is produced continuously in the same manner) are we eligible to bear a listed mark.

Bearing a listed mark is the easiest way to tell our customers that our product has met strict safety and/or sanitation standards. When you see these marks, you'll know that the product does not pose a safety or sanitation hazard to you or those around you during use, when properly used.
