The training in the operation of your Ye Olde Kettle Cooker® and its accessories, along with the know-how in the packing & unpacking, set-up & tear down, precision cooking and selling of your finished product are all a vital part of the kettle corn business. This training, along with the “pearls of wisdom” we provide in procuring and working special events, is extremely important to your success.

We've spent many years on market studies, working special events, testing and evaluating equipment performance, running taste tests, noting specific crowd pleasers, and significant research & development in equipment and recipes. We further extensively studied various popcorn operations, types of popcorn equipment, available technologies and much more…pulling it all together to incorporate the best of each area into our patented and award winning Kettle Corn Cooker.

It is equally important to us, as for you, to fully explain, demonstrate, train and provide all our experience and expertise to you as a Kettle Cooker owner. By taking all the time necessary to fully train you, through explanation and demonstration, regarding the Kettle Cooker, its functions, business tips, show set-up, show procurement and the overall operation, we can rest assured that you have been equipped with the best information and equipment to succeed. Not only do we measure our success by your success, but the fact is, when you set up at a permanent location or special event with one of our Ye Olde Kettle Cookers®, our award winning equipment and good name is being somewhat represented by you. It is in our best interest that your equipment operate to peak performance, as it should, and that your finished product is the best it can be.

There are no higher priorities when it comes to your training and getting acquainted with the business, the equipment, and us. You can come to our manufacturing facility, go through the hands-on training, and pick up the cooker; or for a delivery fee, we will deliver the cooker to your location…at which time we will teach, train and demonstrate the cooker. We will even teach, train and demonstrate to an entire crew, which is especially beneficial in Amusement Parks and Family Entertainment Centers.
